Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Prepaid Label

  Once approved, we will provide a secure, fully insured prepaid shipping label via email to ensure your jewelry is protected during transit.

  Package Securely

  Place the jewelry in its original presentation box and pack it inside a sturdy shipping carton, ensuring all original diamond certificates and documentation are included.

  Final Inspection & Refund

  Our gemologists will inspect the returned item for its original condition, and once verified, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
