What is the quality of your diamonds?
We specialize exclusively in high-quality, ethically sourced lab-grown diamonds. Every diamond over 0.50 carats is IGI or GIA certified to ensure exceptional clarity, color, and cut.
How long does shipping take?
Since our jewelry is handcrafted to order, please allow 2-3 weeks for production. Once complete, we offer complimentary, fully insured overnight shipping on all domestic orders.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all standard items in original condition. Please note that custom-designed pieces are final sale.
Do you offer a warranty on your jewelry?
Yes, every Plum Diamonds piece comes with a lifetime manufacturing warranty. This covers any defects in materials or workmanship, though it does not cover normal wear and tear or loss.
Can I resize my ring after purchase?
We provide one complimentary resizing within the first 60 days of purchase for most standard ring styles. Some eternity bands and complex settings may not be resizable.
